Noémie Tuil, partner, represents clients in matters relating to corporate and commercial law. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, Noémie graduated from ESSEC and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (DEA de droit des affaires). Noémie started her career at Bredin Prat before founding her own firm and Deyla Partners.
