Lynda BINATE

Lynda Binaté assists and represents French and foreign clients before commercial, civil or criminal Courts from prelitigation stage to the enforcement of decisions in any litigation case that may arise from business relationships. Lynda is also a specialist of financial services regulation and assists professionals of the financial sector especially asset managers and financial advisors in regulatory matters and in any financial or disciplinary litigation before judicial Courts or independent regulatory authorities (AMF and ACPR).

Member of the Paris Bar since 2007, Lynda holds a master degree in commercial Law from the university Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne and a Financial and accounting studies diploma (DECF). After gaining some work experience in the Legal Studies Department of the Commission bancaire now Autorité de Contrôle Prudentielle et de Résolution (ACPR), Lynda worked in an international Law Firm as an associate for eleven years before founding Deyla Partners.
