Olivier LAFFITTE

Olivier Laffitte specializes in public law and regulatory, construction law and environmental matters. He advises his French and international clients on administrative contracts (public procurements, concessions, PPPs), regulated industry sectors (renewable energy, town planning, health and pharma, banking, insurance etc.) and construction and infrastructure projects. Olivier is also an acknowledged expert in environmental law and advises his clients on their day-to-day environmental matters as well as the most complex and innovative climate change issues.

Member of the Paris bar since 2000, Olivier was in charge of Public-Private Partnerships in the legal department of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (major French state-owned bank), then partner in an international law firm. He is a graduate of the Institut de Droit Public des Affaires, holds a Masters degree in environmental law and a Masters degree in town planning and construction law. Olivier is also Chairman of the Sustainable Finance Law Observatory and an expert adviser to the Forum for Responsible Investment.
